Itinerary::

Day 1: Cochin to Palakkad by surface (Approx. 125 kms, 3 Hrs):

– Upon arrival at Cochin airport welcome, meet and assist by our representative and drive to Palakkad.
– Upon arrival at Palakkad, check in at Kairali.
– Rest of the day at leisure and Overnight stay at hotel.

Days 2 – 7: Palakkad:

– Kairali’s Yoga & Meditation Package.

Yoga & Wellness Session::

1. One Ayurvedic Therapy (Abhyangam) per person daily with Steam Bath
2. 2 Hours Private & One on One Yoga session daily in the morning
3. 30 minutes Private & One on One Meditation session daily in the evening
4. Lecture on Ayurveda (Once a Week)
5. Lecture on Yoga (Once a Week)
6. Daily Personal Lifestyle & Fitness Evaluation

Day 8::

Palakkad to Cochin by surface
Depart Cochin by flight
– Morning check out from Hotel and drive to Cochin airport to board flight for onward journey.
