Job description

  1. Oversee the overall finance function of the company.
  2. Responsible for timely completion of monthly accounts and other ad-hoc reports
  3. Preparation of budgets, cash flow forecast, and Working capital management.
  4. Review internal controls and implement new procedures when required.
  5. Involve in product costing, pricing, and oversea inventory control procedure.
  6. Ensure the receipts & payments are done in a timely and secure manner
  7. Ensure to complete the financial entries and reporting in a timely manner
  8. Reviewing new Tax updates and presenting to Management
  9. Billing of all types of Tax returns & Schedules monthly, quarterly, and annually through RAMIS
  10. Handing & controlling VAT/SVAT
  11. Dealing with officers from IRD Regarding assessments and other notices issued by the Department of inland revenue
  12. Working to get the Tax clearance Documents from IRD for various Tax requirements
  13. Complying with legislation, ensure all taxes, payments, and renewals are done
  14. Liaising with external parties such as Banks, Auditors, Company Secretory, lawyers, etc.
  15. Knowledge of legal documents
  16. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

  1. Male/Female
  2. Below 30 years of age
  3. Part qualified in CA, CIMA or ACCA
  4. 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  5. Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed audit firm (Compulsory)
  6. Experience in using Accounting Software
  7. MS Office and Computer literacy essential
  8. Excellent communication skills
  9. Willing to work long hours/ability to work under pressure are highly considered.
  10. Fair knowledge of business management/ marketing will be a definite advantage
  11. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a multi-tasking ability
  12. Priority will be given to those who can join immediately
